As the INDUSAC project enters its final phase, our international consortium is preparing for one of the most important moments of the entire journey. On May 8–9, 2025, all partners will gather in Vienna, Austria, for the final INDUSAC project meeting and event, hosted by EIT Manufacturing East. This meeting will mark our last in-person consortium gathering — a significant milestone as we approach the project’s conclusion.
Over the past three years, INDUSAC has connected companies, students, and researchers in a dynamic co-creation process aimed at delivering real solutions to real industry challenges. The Vienna meeting will be an opportunity to:
🔹 Review our collective achievements — from hundreds of co-creation projects to the development of the INDUSAC methodology and platform
🔹 Discuss remaining deliverables, finalize reports, and prepare for long-term sustainability
🔹 Evaluate impact — how INDUSAC has helped shape new ways of industry-academia collaboration across Europe
The meeting will take place at the Hilton Vienna Park and will be followed the next day by our participation in Manufacturing Day, where INDUSAC will be showcased as part of Europe’s innovation ecosystem.
This is more than just a meeting — it’s a celebration of shared commitment, collaboration, and courage. Each partner, each challenge owner, and each student and researcher has contributed to building a project that is innovative, human-centered, and future-focused.
As we gather in Vienna — a city that blends tradition with modernity — we will reflect on how far we’ve come, and also look forward to how INDUSAC’s results can inspire future initiatives, partnerships, and policies.
